Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Cheese Taquitos

Spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese rolled in crispy tortillas, made easy in the air fryer.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Lay out tortillas and divide chicken mixture evenly among them, placing it along one edge.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar and blue cheese (if using) over the chicken mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly around the filling.
  5. Brush the outside of each taquito lightly with olive oil.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place taquitos in air fryer basket in a single layer, seam side down.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
