Creamy Garlic Butter Beef Bowtie Pasta with Italian Sausage & Spinach

A rich and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender beef, Italian sausage, and fresh spinach in a creamy garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and fresh spinach to the skillet. Toss until spinach wilts and pasta is coated in sauce.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
