Creamy Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

A delicious and creamy pasta salad loaded with bacon, ranch flavor, and fresh vegetables.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, and red onion to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated with the dressing.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
