Creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

A rich and indulgent pasta dish combining the flavors of a loaded cheeseburger with creamy alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In same skillet, cook ground beef with onions until beef is browned. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Cook until cheeses melt and sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked pasta and bacon to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with pickles (if using) and parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
