Creamy Alfredo Lasagna Soup

A comforting soup that combines the flavors of lasagna and creamy Alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 9 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Brown the ground chicken in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the broken lasagna noodles, chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender.
  4. Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
