Cream Cheese Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Melts

Spicy buffalo chicken and creamy cheese stuffed in tortillas and toasted to perfection.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle with green onions.
  3. Fold the tortillas in half and brush the outsides with melted butter.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
