Cranberry Brie and Mozzarella Grilled Sandwich

A deliciously gooey and tangy grilled sandwich featuring brie, mozzarella, and cranberry sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. On the unbuttered side of 4 slices, layer brie, mozzarella, and cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with thyme if using.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  5. Grill each sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
