Crack Chicken Lasagna

A creamy, cheesy lasagna loaded with chicken, bacon, and ranch flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the bacon.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles.
  4. Add another layer of chicken mixture, followed by half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Repeat layers, ending with noodles.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
