Crab Bombs

Crispy, flavorful crab bombs with a hint of lemon and spice.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the crab bombs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
