Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme

A homemade version of the beloved fast-food favorite, featuring seasoned beef, melted cheese, crisp lettuce, and a crunchy tostada shell all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 6 tostada shells
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water as directed on the packet. Cook until thickened.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Place a tostada shell in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Layer the seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and chopped onions on top of each tostada shell.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla inward, overlapping to enclose the filling completely. Press gently to seal.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place each crunchwrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy your homemade Crunchwrap Supreme!

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
