Cinnamon Peach Cobbler – Warm, Sweet & Cozy!

For the Crust:

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix peaches, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the peaches. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with ice cream if desired.
