Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

A decadent dessert that combines the classic flavors of chocolate chip cookies in a rich, gooey pie form.

For the Crust:

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually beat in flour until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts (if using).
  4. Spread mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and center is set. Cool before serving.
