For the Crust:
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and milk, then mix in flour until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
Press half the cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie dough layer. Drizzle with half the chocolate fudge sauce.
Crumble the remaining cookie dough over the ice cream layer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and remaining fudge sauce. Slice and enjoy!
