Chicken Cordon Bleu Quesadillas

A delicious fusion of Chicken Cordon Bleu and quesadillas, featuring tender chicken, ham, and melted Swiss cheese in a crispy tortilla.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
  3. Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, parsley, and paprika.
  4. Place one tortilla, buttered side down, on the skillet. Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Top with another tortilla, buttered side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
