Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir in ranch dressing and mix well.
Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Spoon the chicken and pepper mixture onto each tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a burrito. Serve warm.
