For the Crust:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz egg noodles, cooked al dente
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, egg noodles, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
