Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Beef & Mac Bake

A creamy, spicy, and cheesy baked pasta dish with ground beef, buffalo sauce, and ranch flavors.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box (16 oz) elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in buffalo sauce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ground beef mixture, ranch dressing, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
