For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the baking dish, sealing any perforations.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over the crescent roll layer.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place over the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to seal.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over the top layer of crescent rolls.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
