Cheddar-Stuffed BBQ Bacon Bombs

Juicy ground beef balls stuffed with cheddar cheese, wrapped in bacon, and glazed with BBQ sauce for a flavorful explosion.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion, place a cheddar cube in the center, and shape into a ball, sealing the cheese inside.
  4. Wrap each beef ball with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place the bacon-wrapped bombs on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Brush each bomb with BBQ sauce and bake for another 10 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
