A creamy, decadent no-bake cheesecake with a rich caramel swirl and buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan, and chill for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour half the filling into the crust, drizzle with half the caramel sauce, then add remaining filling. Swirl with a knife and chill for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and slice.
