Caramel Brownie Cheesecake

A decadent dessert combining fudgy brownie, creamy cheesecake, and swirls of caramel sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil and eggs)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and spread evenly in a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  3. Pour cheesecake batter over brownie layer. Drop spoonfuls of caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with additional caramel before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
