Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

A delightful dessert featuring a buttery crust, creamy cheesecake layer, spiced apples, and a caramel drizzle.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined. Pour over crust.
  4. Toss diced apples with cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over cheesecake layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans before serving.
