Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese Bombs

Crispy fried mac and cheese balls stuffed with buffalo chicken and gooey cheese, perfect for game day or parties.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese in a bowl until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  3. Take a spoonful of mac and cheese mixture, flatten it, add a teaspoon of buffalo chicken in the center, then form into a ball.
  4. Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil to 375°F and fry balls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
