Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake

A sweet and savory ham dish glazed with brown sugar and pineapple for a delicious main course.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (5 lb) fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice (reserved from can)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham in a large baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves to make the glaze.
  3. Arrange pineapple slices on top of the ham, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Pour glaze evenly over the ham and pineapple.
  5. Bake uncovered for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with pan juices.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
