Bang Bang Shrimp Alfredo Bake

A creamy and spicy shrimp Alfredo pasta bake with a crispy topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce. Toss shrimp in half of the sauce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and remaining Bang Bang sauce. Stir well, then transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Top with shrimp, mozzarella cheese, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden and shrimp are cooked through. Serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
