Baked Zucchini and Cheese

A simple and delicious baked zucchini dish with melted cheese, perfect as a side or light main course.

For the Crust:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the zucchini.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
