4 ripe Bosc or Anjou pears, halved and cored
1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
1/4 cup honey, plus extra for drizzling
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice.
Fill each pear half with berries, sprinkle with cinnamon, and drizzle with honey. Bake for 20-25 minutes until pears are tender.
Remove from oven, top with toasted walnuts and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle with additional honey and serve warm.
