Baked Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

A spicy twist on classic stuffed shells, combining buffalo chicken and creamy alfredo sauce for a bold flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Stuff each shell with the buffalo chicken mixture and place in the baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining alfredo sauce over the shells, then top with mozzarella and blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with green onions before serving.
