Bacon-Wrapped Mac & Cheese Bites

Crispy bacon-wrapped bites filled with creamy mac and cheese, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 slices bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mac and cheese mixture and shape into bite-sized balls.
  4. Wrap each mac and cheese ball with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Place the wrapped bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
