1.5 lbs ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, crumbled bacon, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Press the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
