For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon, then coat generously with the brown sugar mixture.
  4. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crispy.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
