White German Chocolate Cake with a Cheesecake – Two Desserts in One Bite!

For the Crust:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the cake mix by combining water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded coconut and chopped pecans, then pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in melted white chocolate.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture over the cake batter in the pan, then cover with the remaining cake batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
