Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza

A Mediterranean-inspired pizza with tender chicken, crisp veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce on naan bread.

For the Crust:

  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush naan bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the naan bread. Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano over the toppings. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
