For the Crust:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls and roll them in powdered sugar to coat evenly.
- Place the coated snowballs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
