Sweet Chili Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Delicious mini sandwiches packed with sweet chili chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
  3. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread ranch dressing on the bottom buns, then layer with the sweet chili chicken, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Place the top buns over the filling and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are warm.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
