For the Crust:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz mushrooms, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic, sautéing until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated (about 5-7 minutes).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
Fold in the cooked mushrooms and garlic until evenly distributed.
Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
