Stuffed Mushroom Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip inspired by classic stuffed mushrooms, perfect for parties or snacking.

For the Crust:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb white mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms release their moisture and become tender (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan until well combined. Fold in the cooked mushroom mixture.
  4. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
