16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 lb white mushrooms, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic, sauté until mushrooms release their moisture and become tender (about 5-7 minutes). Stir in thyme, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan until well combined. Fold in the cooked mushroom mixture.
Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
