Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch Bites

Delicious bite-sized treats combining creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
  2. Bake crusts at 350°F for 5 minutes, then let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and diced strawberries.
  5. Spoon mixture into cooled crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with additional strawberry pieces before serving.
