For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
- Bake crusts at 350°F for 5 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and diced strawberries.
- Spoon mixture into cooled crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with additional strawberry pieces before serving.
