For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and add sliced scallions. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and scallions soften.
