For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and add sliced scallions. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and scallions soften.
