Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Bisquick Muffins

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, and beaten eggs until just combined.
  3. Fold in cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and black pepper.
  4. Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
