For the Crust:
1 lb ground sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
Drain excess grease from the sausage and return it to the skillet.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined and the cheese is fully melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
