Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

A decadent cheesecake with a perfect balance of sweet caramel, salty notes, and rich chocolate chips.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour half the batter over the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt. Add remaining batter.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
