S’mores Lasagna – Graham, Chocolate & Marshmallow Madness!

A decadent dessert lasagna layered with graham crackers, rich chocolate, and gooey marshmallows for the ultimate s’mores experience.

For the Crust:

  • 12 graham cracker sheets
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix melted butter with crushed graham crackers and press half into the bottom of the dish to form the first layer.
  3. Heat heavy cream until warm, then pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and spread over the graham cracker layer.
  4. Sprinkle half the mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
  5. Repeat the layers with remaining graham crackers, chocolate mixture, and marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
