Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sausage, cheddar cheese, drained Rotel, baking mix, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve warm with dipping sauce if desired.
