Texas Roadhouse Salmon Recipe
- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared tray. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half the marinade over the salmon and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook salmon on the grill or in the oven for 12-15 minutes until flaky and golden.
- Brush remaining marinade onto fillets during the last few minutes of cooking. Serve warm.
