Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl, then pour into the skillet.
  3. Cook eggs, stirring frequently, until fluffy and fully cooked (about 3-4 minutes).
