Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas

A delicious fusion of pizza and quesadillas with pepperoni, cheese, and marinara sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Spread marinara sauce evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over half of each tortilla, then top with pepperoni slices and Italian seasoning.
  3. Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
