For the Crust:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and cinnamon.
- Add the almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips if using.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
