No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A rich and creamy peanut butter cheesecake with a graham cracker crust that requires no baking.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread filling over crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving if desired.
