No Bake Cookies and Cream Mousse Cake

A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of cookies and cream mousse on a crunchy Oreo crust.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies (divided)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Crush 18 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully combined.
  4. Crush remaining 6 Oreo cookies into small chunks and fold into the mousse mixture along with mini chocolate chips (if using).
  5. Spread the mousse over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
